Sound design is an important part of audio production. Much of the sound you hear in films and on TV is
created after the event, in a controlled environment. For me, sound design and music go hand in hand and I
enjoy using my production skills and facilities to make entertaining soundscapes. The following albums are best

Writing a proper Christmas song has been a long-term
ambition of mine. I wanted to create something new
that would match the classics we know and love. So I
formed the Florin Street Band especially for this
Victorian-themed project, and produced the record
at Trevor Horn's studio in late 2010. It's the first song I've
sung myself for many years and I worked with lots of
musicians including The English Chamber Choir - to
achieve the epic finale that I imagined. I am currently
developing a musical based around Florin Street. For
